LIVING OOH is an installation that tells the modern living in a contemporary perspective; and it's also the name of the new e- commerce operating system for home and architecture. LIVING OOH is a new model of living space and time for the contemporary living, in a green perspective, with the approach of the building zero impact. This project has been developed by the arch. Massimiliano Mandarini and it is an architectural modular system planned for different purposes; it is an urban green and social oasis, where design meets architecture, through three modular systems (40 sqm of surface and 60 for the garden“ to share home and work in a social and smart-city perspective.
This modular system has been optimized to exploit in a little space all the functions and comforts that the modern way of living needs; a location Design 3.0 where both living and working, a space able to requalify urban areas, where the design is the answer to the needs of space and comfort. LIVING OOH, AN ADAPTABLE MODULAR SYSTEM, ZERO IMPACT. The installation at Superstudio Più gives value to its strong social attitude; moreover it can be used for any kind of events and exhibitions. LIVING OOH can be also an home, completely independent from the energy; a guest house to set in great private houses' green areas or holiday apartment complexes.
Thanks to its anti-seismic features, it can be a valid support for emergency activities, in those places hit by natural disasters.
LIVING OOH uses an architectural concept zero impact, thanks to the 100% elements recycled of its "shell" (wood, steel, natural fibres“ and the use of technologies for the energy saving.
LIVING OOH is also the name of the new e-commerce operative system for home and architecture that will be launched during the Fuorisalone events!
