A sheet oh cellulose paste (extracted by birch and poplar trunks), ivory color, lightly foamy, but delicate and stiff as cardboard, can be pressed and become a building material, with bas-relieves of decorative figures and signs.
This is the origin of objects that look like a stone architecture, the solemnity and mystery of a primitive wall, while they are actually just empty boxes, paradoxes of our skill to play with the identity of the world, transforming paper in marble, marble in plastic, wood in metal.
This is actually the role of Art, Poetry, Philosophy, so apparently useless and fragile, but able to resist as the only witnesses of lost Empires and Civilizations .
A world of empty boxes is maybe better of the stone monuments, destined to become ruins, swept away by their solid body.
The space invaded by pare crystals, as confused thoughts, is increasingly emptied up to fully make the mind free from the past, and go back to a germinal condition to set new theorems and temporary projects.
