CASA GIFU by atelier oï
The Gifu Prefecture, “Heartland of Japan”, presents at CASA GIFU its millennium know-how handcrafted by its artisans and its manufactures, in a living and playfully decorated scenographic environment of a thousand contrasts. Atelier oï, together with a selection of Japanese manufacturers, have developed a series of furnishing and lighting objects, resulting from artistic collaboration exchanges, combined expertise and new cultural perspectives.
CASA GIFU is the ephemeral Italian home of Gifu, where each space is built like an imaginary room in which the material and manufacturing of every object is highlighted in an atmosphere of fusion of cultures. In addition to the creations developed and presented in preview, a selection of 25 products made by Japanese manufacturers and representative of the wealth of Gifu Prefecture will be celebrated. Special guest HARU stuck-on design; signs the graphic design of wallpapers, made of paper ribbon for Nitoms.
