“Slow hand design; Thai-a-spice” to expose design works relating to Thai food serving
rituals. Traditional and modern cooking utensils will be displayed together to reflect the unsung design wisdom that favored Thai food to the top choices of renowned international boutique hotel’s restaurants. Eggarat Wongcharit is the curator of the project. The showcase of 16 different dining table settings to be presented with dining wares and food serving accessories designed by top designers and manufacturers whose ideas are inspired by the arts and cultures of Thailand.
