Fuorisalone prêt à porter. D&D invites you to taste its cheeses, together with the owner and master farmer of the company, Giovanni Di Roma, responsible for production and refinement that personally follows in caves of Roman origin, millenary, in tuff and stone. Here is created an optimal microhabitat for seasoning, the cheeses acquire inimitable organoleptic properties and keep unchanged all the properties and the value of our milk. To allow easy transport, but also to equip these special cheeses with a multifunctional wrapping, the company uses the innovative +tstudio design. The prêt à porter project combines the themes of craftsmanship, tradition and technological innovation in this wrapper: curved wooden chopping board that adapts to different types of cheese and becomes an interesting "box" of transport, almost a handbag . On the occasion of the Salone del Mobile 2018 the innovative handbag will accompany the tasting of refined cheeses in the cave at the Eataly Milano spaces.
