For the Design Week 2018, FORO Studio - a Milanese architecture firm that has been working on installations, brand image and design since 2014 - presents OM, a soft space where to find oneself during the everyday life. Born from a composition of Druetta’s fabrics, OM is located at former Spazio Meazza, in the district of 5VIE.

In a strongly anthropized urban context, OM offers a place that gives not only physical comfort, but also a strong sense of well-being.

Contemporary life leads us constantly to work in open space environments, where we are connected and available at any time. In these contexts, it is difficult to find places and objects with a strong emotional content.

OM proposes a momentary escape, a sensory refuge that brings us back to the single dimension of the individual.

A padded room, completely wrapped in fabric, leads to the true fulcrum of the space: a totemic element with which one can create an intimate interaction.

OM is a path that introduces to a transitional space, halfway between the social and the intimate dimension. An ego-cathedral in which to reappropriate one's individual dimension.
