SWISS KRONO GROUP: a modern fairy-tale

This year, SWISS KRONO GROUP proposes its fable-themed project aimed at raising awareness on eco-sustainability, entrusting its message to one of the most popular icons in world culture: Pinocchio.

BE SUSTAINABLE tells the steps that lead the Pinocchio puppet to become a child. This transformation can only take place through experience. SKG uses this metaphor to tell its path towards a more conscious and eco-sustainable production, in summary more human. The project, with the patronage of the City of Milan and of the Carlo Collodi National Foundation, is proposed as a scattered exhibition that will touch three symbolic places of the Fuorisalone (Brera Design District, Lambrate Design District and Galleria San Fedele).

Corso Garibaldi will host the most representative installation of the Pinocchio fable. The sculptures, designed by Caberlon Caroppi studio, are made with SwissCDF, while a series of decorations and finishes, including CamuStyleTX, will embellish the individual shapes. The entire structure rests on a platform made with an innovative product, the Swiss Krono water resistant flooring.
