PAPER GAMES

During the Design Week 2017 of Milan, the designer Angela Florio – DecorAzione will exhibit her work at 5VIE Info Press Point, the space dedicated to the press.

This is an opportunity to show the creative possibilities that stems out from the use of paper as decoration; Giochi di Carta- Paper Games is the name given to this installation for its double functions:

The wallpaper is created with a modular decorative palette made of paper assembled in order to lend a sculptural touch and a threedimensional effect given by the lightness of the material The sculpture is a tree made of around 300 strings of copper into which are attached fiches of paper in the tone of ochre and grey. It recalls the inevitable materic pair of gold and silver, a characteristic of the style of Angela Florio.

The setting up will be displayed during the Design Week 217 in Milan at 5VIE Info Press Point in Via Fosse Ardeatine at the corner with Via della Zecca Vecchia from the 4th to the 8th of April from 10.00 to 23.00 pm, and Sunday the 9th of April from 11.00 am to 19.00 pm.
