SHAPES IN SCAPES| DIATHEMA STUDIO EXHIBITION

SHAPES IN SCAPES is an exhibition that enhance the formal research of the architectural composition through the matter modeling.

The research finds its realization in the process of contextualization in three different landscapes with a common theme, the water, which, through dialectic languages, establishes a relationship with every architectural device strongly influencing  shape and composition.               The shape is translated in the matter through the creation of "extempore": concrete and cardboard models that express the compositional operations executed. Models and graphic materials are supported by steel structures conceived and designed entirely from the studio.

DIATHEMA STUDIO is a young team of architects, dynamic and innovative, which promotes interaction between visual arts, architecture and design, combining formal investigation, creativity and skills for the conception, design and realization of the event.

In the occasion of the exhibition Shapes in Scapes, Diathema Studio collaborates with Studio Antimateria,a young avant-garde in the field of the audiovisual that, through projections of light and shadows, develops an interactive project exalting the materials of concrete, protagonist of the exhibition.
