This word describes the creative process that goes through any artist and designer.
The selection of artists, designers and photographers, extremely heterogeneous, subjective dimensions suggests that alternate in a emotional increasing.
The exhibition takes place in the historic Palazzo Senate in Milan.
PALAZZO DEL SENATO
The Palace of the Senate in its present architecture is the result of a remarkable series of historical overlap, starting in the sixteenth century with the building of the Collegio Elvetico, which took place on the ruins of an ancient monastery of nuns Umiliate.
The College, founded to train to the Catholic religion of the Swiss seminarians, has been designed by some of the leading architects of the seventeenth century, Francesco Maria Richini, author of the main facade, Girolamo Quadrio and Fabio Mangone, filmmakers of the courtyards.
At the end of the eighteenth century the Palace became the property of the state and are started processing and extension work to make it home to offices of public administration, on projects of Giuseppe Piermarini and Marcellino Segre.
In the Napoleonic era, the Board is changed on the projects laid out by Luigi Canonica for the transformation of the palace into the seat of the Senate Consultant of the Kingdom of Italy, from which the current name of PALACE OF THE SENATE.
In 1886 the old Collegio Elvetico becomes permanently and exclusively seat of the State.
As early as the eighteenth century, the Palace is appreciated for "... the inner porch magnificent (that) serves as embellishment City ... factories of this kind, and magnificent, ... serve to the ornate City ...". Thus, in a letter of 1780, Carlo Firmian, plenipotentiary minister, describes with admiration to the Austrian government in Vienna, the courtyards of the palace.
At the end of the nineteenth century, the Palace of the Senate is included in the lists of "monumental edifices" National interest and even today is inserted into the guides at historical palaces of Milan as a magnificent example of Lombard baroque.
The Senate palace currently seat of the State of Milan, is institutional forum because it is subject to the general supervision of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage.
