The big names in design and research will be at Casa Corriere once again this year for a full programme of talks dealing with the key issues of the moment
Craig Hartman, partner of the American studio SOM, opens Tuesday, April 9 the program of Casa Corriere, set up in via Balzan 3 in the occasion of Design Week.
RCS Mediagroup is once again opening the doors of its prestigious headquarters for five days of meetings with leading fugures on the design, culture and research scene.
Corriere della Sera, together with Abitare and Living, have chosen to conduct an in-depth analysis of the big issues that are affecting the world of design and marking the transformations taking place.
Guests will include. Guests will include Michele De Lucchi (10/4), Giulio Iacchetti, astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti, philosopher Giulio Giorello (11/4), Tom Dixon (12/4). The talks will take place every evening at 6.30pm followed, in the traditional fashion, by an aperitif in the foyer. The programme ends on Saturday 13th, with comedian Enrico Bertolino.
Open to the public every day from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Casa Corriere hosts two major installations in the heart of Brera. Outside, along Via Solferino, inLuce will be an art and science installation curated by CastagnaRavelli with the sponsorship of Policlinico di Milano and the Politecnico’s Design School. Inside, in the foyer of Sala Buzzati, the Brembo Design of Emotions project, curated by Moreno Gentili, which connects art and industrial production.
