Francesca Mo exhibits her ‘Narcissus’ sculpture rings and ‘Wunder Box’ art works at the David Sorgato Gallery

Francesca Mo is back to the Milan fuori salone, in the 5Vie area. A double exhibitions: her works of art will be exhibited at the David Sorgato Gallery (via Morigi 3) and a selection of her work as a jewelery designer, to be admired in the small and refined windows of the San Maurì Bistrot (Via San Maurilio 4).

The David Sorgato Gallery hosts the "Wunder Box", the boxes of memories created by Francesca Mo. There are five boxes on display outside the hall, all square in shape, which invite you to look inside through the illuminated windows - and engraved on the mirror. Thus we discover images linked to the beautiful, ugly, poetic, funny, or sad memories that bind us to our lives.

Also on display is a series of five “Narcissus” sculpture rings, in bronze and limited edition. The story told - through bronze miniatures that interact with a surface mirroring - is that of Narcissus who, instead of being chastised by the gods, becomes laboriously successful on himself. A story that Francesca Mo tells with poetry and drama, calibrating shapes and materials.
