La Tavola Scomposta - special project designed by Paula Cademartori
Bitossi Home and Funcky Table return for the third consecutive year to Milan Design Week with the B-LOOM project, that includes the novelties from La Tavola Scomposta. This year, the collection grows rich with exuberant decorative elements from the enchanted world of the designer Paula Cademartori.
The new La Tavola Scomposta products, including vases and containers, are inspired to the tropical South American flora, the motherland of the designer, reinterpreted in new flamboyant shapes. These floral patterns are combined with symbols typical of classic iconography, revisited in a way that is never conventional but always creative.
Born with the intention of enriching every environment with irony and functionality, these objects are presented in a variety of shapes and colors, with a palette that ranges from hot and loud tones, like red and terracotta, to pastel shades like sage green and lilac.
Every element, in terms of design and chromatic choices, stems from the idea of a “tropical luxury” that expresses itself in symmetrical decorative elements, typical of the culture of contemporary design, but at the same time preserving an extreme authenticity indicative of the genuine beauty of uncontaminated nature.
