OLIVELAB Poetic, Physics, Light

Olivelab's design process starts from light and emotions more than shape and colours.  "We are driven by the belief that light design is not just about light up a space, but rather a way of furnishing creating astonishment, magic and beauty." Young italian startup OliveLab will show how those three themes are the foundations of their way to see and think light.

The sense of magic, already present in their first product Equilibrio - a mind-blowing magnetic floating lamp - will be reinterpreted in the project Delumina, a collection of lamps whose unique filters can modify the intensity of the light waves, creating an astonishing sense of magic once the user interact with the object.
