Making of: Basel Edition

“Making of: Basel Edition” is a visual relief showing hybrid approaches towards diverse making processes within design discipline at the Institute of Industrial Design at the FHNW Academy of Art and Design in Basel. The presented artifacts tell the story behind the creation of this Basel Edition and reflect upon contemporary material culture. The selected handful of objects vary between seemingly everyday pieces like a moka pot, a straw hat and 3d printed felt stool and whimsical ceramicware.
