A room of my own

The non profit project CRAMUM together with Ventura Projects has worked out a new exhibition including artworks by three young female artists: Flora Deborah, Giulia Manfredi and Francesca Piovesan. The exhibition, conceived and curated by Sabino Maria Frassà, is entitled "A room of my own". The artists are asked to recreate their own vision of the world in three different rooms at Ventura Centrale. This exhibition give all of us a chance to reflect on the possibility to improve and to model the world thanks to a greater and more balanced role of the women in the contemporary society. Indeed we would like women to be able to affect the world not because of their gender, but thanks to their ability to look and reinterpret the reality. The artists selected, young but with a brilliant career, have demonstrated to have a vision and to be able to shape the world by experimenting different media and way to use material: photos (Francesca Piovesan), resin (Giulia Manfredi), bacteria and organic material (Flora Deborah).
