Rich is Better

Marco Bettini is the artist who represented the heart on the cover of Giorgia's latest album "Pop Heart". An irony designer, creative and curious, for the Milanese project he created 25 works inspired by money and the impact it has on society. The protagonist of almost all the works exhibited is the American dollar, inserted between camouflage textures, pop icons and perspective illusions.

Giorgia writes about him: “In its originality Marco is able to take the time and transform it into images, shapes and colors, which arouse memory and then they push it into the present with a strong message that speaks to the eyes and from there it makes its way to the heart."

The name of the exhibition is inspired by a quotation attributed to Beatrice Kaufman, an American publisher of the early twentieth century: "Ive been rich, I was poor and belive me: rich is better!"
