Lines and Space: Franco Albini's Interiors
On the occasion of the 2018 Fuorisalone, Cambi Auction House, in collaboration with the Franco Albini Foundation, will present an exhibition dedicated to unique pieces designed by the great architect for a home built in Milan in 1945.
The exhibition will be accompanied by original plans and vintage photos and also enriched by Modern Art paintings, in order to recreate a typical environment and to immerse visitors in the reality of the time.
On Thursday, April 19th at 8 pm the theatrical performance "Il Coraggio del Proprio Tempo. Uomini e Valori del movimento moderno” will be staged. Written and directed by Paola Albini and performed by Enrico Ballardini, it tells the story of the values underlying the birth of the Modern Movement and the origin of Design.
