Two new collections at Fonderia Artistica Battaglia
The sculptural craftsmanship that distinguishes Fonderia Artistica Battaglia since 1913 in the fields of design and art in Milan, was selected by Galleria Giustini / Stagetti (Roma) to present an engaging exhibition during Milan Design Week to show the new collections designed for the gallery by two important Italian figures: Giacomo Moor and Umberto Riva.
Moor’s fine art work and Riva’s dynamic design method generate two completely different ways of displaying an exhibition where wood is the main material.
During Fuorisalone 2018 the exhibition aims at emphasizing the theme of interdisciplinary cross-contamination between architecture and design through a journey where the audience will get the chance of experiencing the unrevealed details of Riva’s stimulating use of color and light and the architectural language of Moor through aesthetic and traditional art pieces.
