LUMINIA will be one of the protagonists of the upcoming FUORISALONE2018, officially introducing itself to the world of international design from 17 to 22 April in CEMENT DESIGN’s prestigious location at Via Solferino 42. The theme of the show is “EX(TRA)DITIONAL CEMENT LIGHT”: LUMINIA, with its modern interpretation of traditional Italian festive lighting, and the renowned company CEMENT DESIGN come together in an experimental installation of suggestive micro-cement architecture, lights, materials, shadows, airiness, and spacial arrangement… Welcome to EX TRADITIONAL CEMENT LIGHT!

The ancient tradition of the Italian luminarie (festive lighting) has been given new life by LUMINIA, a brand that has created a flourishing space for research and experimentation, somewhere between modern art and design.
LUMINIA’s brand-vision is to renew the centuries-old tradition of the festive lighting (usually used in public spaces) as never before, to create marvellous illuminated architectural structures for private locations, from homes to ateliers, and from shops to showrooms. Space is decorated with light … and light makes an amazingly strong emotional impact.
LUMINIA presents its FESTIVE LIGHTING collection in three series: the vintage series, which uses original and recovered pieces; the contemporary series, with never-before-seen products; and finally the project series, created individually according to the tastes and needs of the client.
