Compasses turns Ten, Anniversary Party

On the occasion of the ten years of the Compasses magazine and of the presentation of its 27th issue, devoted to design, the current perspectives on architecture, art and design will be discussed with three very successful architects-artists-designers such as Cherubino Gambardella, Luca Pignatelli and Tim Power, whose works testify how these three fields are bind throughout contaminations and hybridations. Gambardella, founder and first director of Compasses, will also retrace the birth of the magazine, while Andrea Pane, current director of its third series, and Massimo Imparato, correspondent from the UAE, will delineate present and future scenarios of the magazine both in Italy and Middle East, at ten years from the beginning of its activity and five issues from its new series. The debate will be moderated by Maria Vittoria Capitanucci, architecture historian and critic, protagonist of the Milanese scene and member of the editorial board since the first issue of its new series directed by Andrea Pane. There will also be the editors and the staff of the magazine. A cocktail party will follow.
