KE joins PRE-FABulous, an innovative concept by Andrea Castrignano, which turns a prefabricated house into a dream home.
Eco-sustainability, design, comfort and technology: these are the keynotes of PRE-FABulous, the revolutionary design concept developed by Andrea Castrignano for Milan Design Week and Fuorisalone 2017.
An approach which matches KE modus operandi, which perfectly reflects the company's efficiency, the continuous search for improvement in its standards and performance, to meet the needs of a constantly evolving market.
In the sprawling metropolitan area of Via Adige 11, in Milan, Castrignano has recreated a mansion, equipped with every comfort and surrounded by nature, with the aim to revolutionize the concept of prefabricated house, giving it a brand new interpretation.
Important themes as respecting the environment and energy saving will be interpreted here in an "aesthetic" tone, with a focus on fine finishes, home-technology and sartorial attention to detail that characterizes so much the style of Andrea Castrignano, as well as that of KE.
An innovative project that goes beyond the ordinary conception of "prefabricated" and, indeed, ennobles highlighting aspects related to safety, strength, low environmental impact, customization and bespoke design.
The interaction of the interiors with the large terrace and the garden is highlighted by inspirational jungle details that enhance the green and eco-friendly project. Two KE products were chosen: XTESA - the innovative pergola structure with roll-up fabric, instead of packing one, suitable for extreme architectural spaces - and two Screeny 110 GC, the roller blinds designed for windows and continuous facades shielding.
Versatile systems that integrate seamlessly into modern architecture, guaranteeing high standards. Integrated solutions that enhance interior and exterior spaces, which increasingly are contaminated, enhancing the livability of outdoor.
