Born thanks to the idea of Lucio Zandomeneghi and Flavio Sears, it offers unconventional ice creams - created by the master ice cream maker Giacomo Schiavon - the World Coffee Experience and "Raw", an innovative bakery using only whole wheat of a plant-based origin ingredients.

The interiors is conceived from the exposed laboratory, to the walls colours, are carefully designed.
