"UNDER THE CARPET" is an exhibition combining painting, photography, scuplture and installations by 6 artists from Campania region in South Italy, which will open its doors from April 6th - 9th 2017 as part of Fuorisalone - a parallel cultural event during the Salone del Mobile.

UNDER THE CARPET is a collective show of 6 artists from Campania,South Italy exploring the relationship between humans and the land.

Land, soil, meaning sense of belonging, anchorage to reality, vital essence, custodian of memories, a place to defend and rethink. The show invites the viewer to look under the carpet, lift the edges, examine in depth, enter what really belongs to us and become aware of this underground life. Examining the current state and its imperfect and changing organicity, the artists take us through an artistic and poetic dialogue to the root which gives birth to form and life in its complexity.
