MarCO | Martesana Centrale Outdoor | Shoa Memorial

“Who is MarCO?” is the campaign for take-off the program of CentraleFSdesignHUB 2017, a series of events, promoted by AARCH-MI since the 2014 during the Fuorisalone between Milan Central Station and the Martesana Canal. MarCO, acronym for Martesana Centrale Outdoor, is a route done in stages, from the Shoah Memorial to Martesana, crossing design events and Architecture stories.

Passing through the new Ventura Centrale Location, crossing the rail tunnels and the installation GATE MILANO|MONDO, the route ends at the yard of the Community Design Garden along the Martesana. For each stage, there is QR-codes located on the path with a description or a piece of music. At the start the users can take a bicycle made available free of charge with deposit by the organisation.

architecture firm socially conscious with a cultural association, founded in 2014. It carrys on projects to protect and to enhance the territory with specific operations. One of these projects is CentraleFSdesignHUB, a series of intiatives proposed every year simultaneously to the Fuorisalone, in the site between the Milan Central Station and the Martesana Canal. This year is the Fourth edition of this project.
