'Il Circolo dell’Arte sui Navigli' born as Artistic Cultural Association on June 24, 2010.
It was formed under applicable disciplines, the Association called 'Il Circolo dell’Arte sui Navigli'
non-political and non-profit, but with the intent to promote the Cultural and Artistic Initiatives, 
for the enhancement of the territory, in the field of regional and extra-regional.
