CONTAMINAZIONI 2 EDITION

During the Milan Design Week 2016 the Brera Design District will be once
again the throbbing and lively heart of the culture of the Milanese project.
With a path that includes shops, artistic monuments and courtyards in
historical buildings, Brera Design District offers a program aimed at stressing
the value of the exceptional nature of cultural places, focusing on the creative
reality of the world of design.
Monica Bottelli and Laura Calegari’s flower laboratory be Flower, in via
Rovello 17, hosts a path designed by six friends, six professionals working in
different yet compatible fields who believe in professional synergy aimed at
carrying out integrated and innovative projects.
A setting that evokes a pleasurable atmosphere between indoor and outdoor
areas, where objects mix in harmony. A single large space where the
substance and form of design intertwine with plants in a natural,
unprecedented and original play.
Natalia Pepe is a Designer and an Interior Designer specialised in the textile
field. Stefania Fanchini is a Landscape Architect focused on terraces and
gardens. Anna Brizzi is an Architect Designer who has always been
interested in ceramics, which she designs and produces. Simona Ivaldi is and
architect and interior designer with a passion for antiques and vintage
objects. Monica Bottelli and Laura Calegari are flower designers with a
passion for flowers, colours and decorations.
Ceramic containers, amazing for their colours and shapes, paintings for
exterior and interior spaces made with handcrafted frames and the indoor aircleaning
Tillandsie, bottles covered in cloth, cushions, stools and beanbags,
pouffes, tissue and wooden lamps, reversible and light garden sofas cloths
and many plants, a marvellous terrace in a room.
