A full-immersion into the world of Lot Zero Specialty coffee.
Thursday 11 April from 10.00 am, for the Milan Design Week, Faema will host in its new Flagship Store in Via Forcella a unique coffee-tasting by Lot Zero, a Milanese brand dedicated to the specialty coffee world. A unique opportunity to taste some of the finest coffee origins available on the market, brewed through different methods, starting from the classic Moka pot to traditional espresso, from Aeropress to V60.
Each of these cups will be depicted by Chiara Bergonzi, one of the most respected professionals in the coffee sector, trainer and international judge for SCA (Specialty Coffee Association), as well as Lot Zero soul and inspiration, carefully following every step of the production, from the green beans selection, to the delicate process of artisan roasting.
