RED BULL STUDIO MOBILE presents SOUND TAG

Red Bull Mobile Studio, the brand-new recording studio on wheels, is proud to present Sound Tag: from 4 to 9 April, in Piazza del Cannone, inside the event INHABITS - Milano Design Village, the studio will be turned into an audio laboratory, inside which the public will have the chance to take part in creating the soundtrack of the Fuorisalone.

Each participant will be able to leave a “sound print”, their very own contribution to a collective composition in which sounds transform and combine to generate a multi-form spectrum of textures, words and fragments in constant flux. During the week, the studio will also be welcoming sound designers, who will take part in the installation by giving talks, workshops and performances.

Workshop
During the encounters, the team that created Sound Tag (Painé Cuadrelli, Mattia Trabucchi) will be illustrating how the installation works.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the system, get to know the technical mechanisms behind it and contribute to the installation with recordings and intervention on the audio material.
5-6-7 April 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Talk / Listening session
Encounters with sound designers and musicians, taking a look into the relationship between sound and the various contexts it is circulated and listened to in.
Starting out from a reflection on the relationship between sound, public environments and forms of expression, each guest will illustrate a number of examples of projects realised.
