Almost Bodies

The observation of organic elements suggests a range of variants with unexpected aesthetic signifiers.

From the original nucleus of a cell, unusual shapes and reflections evolve, and it is the possible intent of these shapes that inspires the artists exhibited, just as the mark that generates writing and unravels its origins towards an incongruous form is likely to define practicable trace, an astral mantra written along its edges.

The pictorial film is a lifted layer, a "skin", whose shreds have become botanical elements in a tropical jungle.
