On the occasion of the Milan Design Week 2016, Made4Art Art Space is pleased to present an exhibition of art and design works by Franca Franchi and Massimo Tosini.

Founders of the artistic movement "Zen in the Art - for aesthetic Zen" (2014), the two artists identify with Zen principles, fundamental importance of thinking in a globalized world and in deep spiritual crisis.

Refinement, simplicity of shapes and colors, simplicity, naturalness, pursuit of positivity and inner peace: these are some of the elements that unite the works of Franca Franchi and Massimo Tosini, in the artistic production as in design objects made from them.

On display at Made4Art a selection of sculptures, lamps and glass tables created by Franca Franchi and a series of paintings and screens Massimo Tosini: unique pieces in the balance between beauty and functionality, art meets design.

Franca Franchi has exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy and abroad; both are present in the anthology of critical writing "The artists that I have met" (Skira, 2015) by Gillo Dorfles, following the artists of which he curated the exhibition "The Sign and the Light", 2015, choosing the works on display and writing the presentation.
