Contemporary furniture inspired by architecture and landscape, crafted with passion and enthusiasm by Björn Bertheau and Ulrich Bähring at DEUTSU studio in Munich, Germany. With our backgrounds in carpentry, metal craftsmanship and as architects, we bring concept design and craftsmanship together in our studio to create our collections.

DEUTSU is a design studio where diverse disciplines are conjoined – an experimental laboratory, a carpenter’s & metal workshop, a prototyping & furniture manufacture and an architecture office. Its philosophy is to create timeless design that is sustainable, durable, environmentally friendly and made to last.
