Sotheby's presents ARTE & DESIGN

Sotheby’s opens its galleries with an exhibition dedicated to contemporary art.

They will present at the April show the first version of the world- record breaking painting of the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea in Milan: Al livello del mare. Studio numero 1 of Tano Festa, executed in 1965.

Part of the exhibition will include a “Cretto”, 1976, by Alberto Burri, and two Tagli “Concetto Spaziale, Attesa” of 1967 and 1968, by Lucio Fontana.
