Finalmente ho avuto un’idea di cosa tratti il food design. Non che abbia proprio capito del tutto, nonostante lo schema con le mille frecce all’ingresso. Olive e stuzzicadenti per le molecole, una zuppa liofilizzata da spedire come una lettera, biscotti fatti usando come stampo le suole delle Camper…
Bizzarra e carina.
