Presenza rilevante del Fuori Salone quest'anno è il CIOCCOLATO. Servito in tutte le salse, tutte le forme, in packaging tristi e divertenti, che dà energia (come agli sciatori), ma che allo stesso tempo lascia quel substrato fastidioso/piacevole che in questi giorni di calura milanese, ti fa desiderare subito una bottiglia o una fontanella di acqua fresca.
Di notevole bontà, quello fondente a forma di termosifone distribuito nella location di Jaga (diciamo che purtroppo lo spreco di carta è assurdo, ti rifilano una borsa enorme di carta con dentro solo il cioccolato e un biglietto da visita) che viene preparato sul posto ed in diretta dai mastri cioccolatai. Molto anni 80 quello distribuito da Invicta, striato come il mitico zainetto. Al lime e tutto chiccoso quello distribuito da un'azienda (scusate, ho l'alzahimer) nelle officine Ex.Ansaldo, su cartoncino nero con scritte verde acido.
Vorrei segnalare, visto che sempre di dolce si tratta, anche l'esposizione degli studenti dell'università Burg Giebichenstein al Superstudio 13, che regalano caramelle legate con elastici e cartoline (che mi ricordano tanto le gelatine della nonna) insieme ad acqua super-extra-mega frizzante in provette da laboratorio.
