During the Milan Design Week 2019, WaxMax presents Design Beyond Prejudices, an installation and a limited series of accessories and accessories made, by the Karallà migrant tailoring, with the iconic checkered fabric of the "Ghana must go" bags, rich in history and political significance, symbol global migration rate present and past.
The installation is completed by a selection of photographs of the Unomqcana project by the famous South African artist Nobukho Nqaba.

This year WaxMax hosts the Okapia Onlus association, committed to the enhancement of African excellence, which presents its project, the collaboration with Naba - New Academy of Fine Arts, and the first collection of objects for the home designed together with Waxmax.
