The neighbourhood finally shines as it deserves.Unexpected and hidden corner of a city that for years focused all its power on Zona Tortona during the Outdoor Furniture Fair, Lambrate Ventura actually shows us another face of the town. Smaller scale, less chaos but more spontaneous vitality. Nobody pushing you in and out the atelier and plenty of people ready to cheer on the upper gardens, giving a glance at the uncommon skyline of eastern Milan. The impression is to be transported into a new dimension, so similar to the inner courts of Kreutzberg and so far away from the too fashionable and cold atmosphere that we always risk to face during the Furniture Fair. I deeply recommend a tour down here. More for the atmosphere and the architecture than for the exposition themselves, but still it highly worths.
