The Installation ‘One to Five’ by Thomas Feichtner is a display of ten seat designs that never got past the design stages to be released. As unfinished concepts, these chairs are presented as colorless, scaled-down, three dimensional models.
Thomas Feichtner’s different creations are presented at a scale of 1:5 as a way to symbolize the fact that they are still in their design phase. He sees them as being in a process which has not yet fully reached its conclusion.
