The cultural association Zona Bovisa, in collaboration with Recapito Milanese, Taller Advento Italia e POLI.design, organises an interdisciplinary workshop on colour, decoration and graphic applied to architecture and to design in its different range of intervention.

The aim of the workshop is to develop knowledge and discuss practices about the use of graphic design and colour as resources for the re-qualification of urban spaces. Fundamental will be the investigation of the significance that these practices have in the design and construction of architectonic spaces as much as the application of graphic and colour on a large scale. MEGAGRAFICA is a theoretical, practical and creative lab, where research and experimental projects are carried out.

The experimental part of the workshop will see the participants collaborating in the realization of the art project by the Mexican artist Raymundo Sesma “MEGAGRAFICA”, designed for the decoration of the front of “BaseB metriquadrati creativi” building, headquarter of the Cultural Association Zona Bovisa and new meeting point of the district cultural and social life.
