ONLYMITED is born.
An innovative and anti-conventional brand, the very definite purpose of ONLYMITED is moving the world of design close to the much more creative and contemporary concept of fashion.
The concept stems from the creativity of Alessandro Castello and Maria Antonietta Lagravinese, who also manage the artistic direction of the company.

The main idea of ONLYMITED is designing and realising products that are exclusive and unique, marketed only in numbered and limited edition, though maintaining the production modality and costs of standard products.

That is where the “ONLYMITED” name comes from, from the merging of “only” and “limited”, expressing the uniqueness and the strong desire for identity characterising the objects belonging to the collection.

ONLYMITED aims at creating a new concept of luxury, based on the great elegance of details and decorations, as well as on the customer’s desire for owning an object which was devised and designed for the few.

ONLYMITED considers the production of limited edition products as a formidable field of research. As it frees ONLYMITED from the often-strict rules of serial production, it stimulates a constant renewal through the offer of products that are always new, products having a strong character and personality.

ONLYMITED innovates the fundamental standardisation of serial production process through highly-technological production processes, sartorial works, and the use of fabrics and details borrowed from the world of fashion. The result is a collection of concrete objects that express a well-defined personality made of ideas, places of dwelling, history, and matter.

ONLYMITED does not intend to be a mere complement company. On the contrary it aims, with its production, to create a real housing style with a strong and contemporary image, suited for a young, sophisticated public that is trend-conscious, fashion-conscious, that appreciates luxury living but does not want to turn to antique furniture.

All ONLYMITED products are offered in three different “moods”, which share the same pursuit of elegance and taste. Three different identities that will be unveiled during the Milan 2008 Design Week.

The “EVA” armchair (see pictures) just encapsulates such ambition. Simple, but very original, elegant, precious and unique, it will make its début dressing an evening wear... Who knows, will we see it again one day dressing more casual?
