Tramezzino itì, la prima realtà italiana nel food delivery di alta qualità, è presente al Fuorisalone con Ape.Itì, che porterà i suoi Tramezzini artigianali più vicino ai visitatori e agli espositori. Disegnata dallo Studio Carletti di La Spezia, Ape.Itì è l’evoluzione itinerante del concetto di Fast Catering inventato da Tramezzino itì.
