La Torneria, in via Tortona 32, spazio per eventi gestito da Tortona Locations, ospiterà in occasione del Fuorisalone del mobile 2010: Swarovski Crystal Palace, che presenterà il lavoro di cinque designer internazionali in una mostra innovativa che porterà i visitatori in un viaggio esperienziale.
Swarovski Crystal Palace ha commissionato cinque designer internazionali di interpretare la bellezza del cristallo Swarovski e integrare la loro visione in un pezzo di design.
Tokujin Yoshioka da Tokyo, francese di nascita, Gwenael Nicolas anch’egli da Tokyo, l’architetto belga Vincent Van Duysen, l’olandese Rogier van der Heide architectural lighting designer e nato in Svizzera, il designer Yves Behar con base a San Francisco hanno sviluppato concetti profondamente diversi.
