SWAROVKSKI ELEMENTS AT WORK is a major new initiative from Swarovski linking a dozen exciting designers from around the world with 10 prestigious manufacturers to produce a series of products and furniture pieces, intended to hit retail stores in 2010. Incorporating Swarovski crystals in the subtlest and most innovative of ways, the work includes furniture, accessories and hardware. Pairings include Konstantin Grcic and Abet Laminati, Doshi Levien and Moroso; Michael Anastassiades and FSB; Neri and Hu and Barcelona Design; and Nendo with Gaia and Gino. As part of the project, Chinese architect Zhu Pei will also be showing for the first time in Milan; his piece has been produced by When Objects Work
