Bugs is a young Italian company founded in Milan in 2005 but with roots deep in history and thought of contemporary design and trendy.
The products of the collection, are in fact designed by Guglielmo Berchcci, Milanese architect and designer who signed some of the most representative works of Italian contemporary design and are part of the permanent collections of the of Triennale Design Museum and MoMA New York.
The brand philosophy of Bugs is to create objects of authentic Italian design soul, simple, immediate, accessible and comprehensible to the general public, our goal is to bring harmony and style of Italian design houses of all.
EggyPop lamps are designed for indoor and outdoor lighting and are characterized by a strong conceptual and formal synthesis of the light product, and attention to detail and materials. The simple form but makes these lamps easily placed in various types of interiors.
We chose the name Bugs and the stylized picture of a cute bug, to emphasize the irony of our small size compared to the most famous company in Italian design, is our playful attitude toward design, The World of Bugs is a bright world and honestly, without falsehood or innuendo, where respect and freedom are the foundation of every relationship between individuals and the environment around them.
