On the occasion of the Salone del Mobile, Gusella, historical milan company specialized in childrenswear and shoes from 0 to 14 years old, will become an exposition area for the creations of designer Marc Sadler.
The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II flagship store, today completely renewed following a vanguard architectural concept, will host in its window the "Per Par Pum" installation.
Save the date from the 7th of April.
From this date until the 19th, last day of the event, it will be possible to contemplate in the window display " a series of chairs that look as though they are falling from the ceiling (or are they sucked in by a vortex?), in a kind of cromatic tightrope walking caos" says Marc Sadler "but like in real day life, with its courses of events that we try to control and that sometimes we suffer, in the end it all comes up together in a kind of pattern that gives a sense to the journey, of which we don't want to lose its playful and sometimes magical characteristic".
The name of the chairs designed by Marc Sadler for Lema, encloses the narrow meaning of the message it wants to send : Per Par Pum ( in italian dialect from Piacenza "pears for apples", which means look out for the authentic meaning of things)
So it also gives us a shot of hope : don't worry, everything will come into place!
