Q-BO for a new fascinating sensuality of natural and marble stone
One year after its foundation, Q-BO, the Italian brand of precious marble wall and floor tiles fruit of exclusive processes, technologies and plants, shows all its craftsmanship, technical skills and style during the major world design event in Milan. The surprising Q-BO surfaces will give life to a charming bathroom setting with a natural and wellness-based flair in the “Moscova-Garibaldi” district in Milan. In addition to the iconic RUGIADA model, Q-BO will present for the first time the brand-new DOMINO tiles, whose texture is inspired by the ethereal fall of endless water drops, flowing out of a shower.

DOMINO – new range for the 2010 Fuorisalone in Milan _ With a surface livened up by endless smoothed tiny squares, DOMINO pays homage to the special and innovative technologies developed for the production of Q-BO products. The thick surface pattern creates a series of bass-relief tiny squares that slightly increase and decrease. Such peculiar pattern set a very difficult production problem, Q-BO technical experts masterfully solved. DOMINO is a natural and precious tile, characterised by a highly precise surface treatment and with high design content. It is the perfect solution to enrich residential and contract, indoor and outdoor, small and large environments.
RUGIADA _ The Q-BO collection RUGIADA is a resistant and enduring ecological covering, created with selected Italian marbles and stones – Bianco Carrara, Crema Luna and Ardesia Ligure. An exclusive process transforms these precious materials into three-dimensional surfaces of great charm and personality.
The 3D surface of RUGIADA (the Italian word for dew) is inspired by the fresh and light water drops that rest, early in the morning, on the leaves of the plants. Irregular rings of different size, spread over the entire surface, create a harmonious and animated texture on the slabs, available in Bianco Carrara, Crema Luna or Ardesia Ligure. With its brushed or polished finish, RUGIADA appears either in a smooth look or with interesting light reflexes.
Q-BO Project
Q-BO is a new generation of natural materials as the result of its founders’ long experience in low relief decoration on ceramics, natural stone, glass and wood. Thanks to avant-garde technologies and specifically developed exclusive equipment, Q-BO produces wall- and floor- coverings in natural stone and marble, with reliefs, shapes and design decorations.
