“Viaggio alla scoperta del gioiello”
Carnac, leading brand in the cycling market in particular for technical shoes,
aims at technolgy and design
Carnac, which is a member of the Italian group Rivolta, is partner to the event Viaggio alla scoperta del gioiello. Carnac will exhibit its “works of art” cycling shoes and gloves featuring the MCS Magnetic Closure System technology, and the brand-new Tailor Made solutions. Design by Carnac has been awarded international prizes such as French Etoile du design and German Red Dot.
Since 1949, Carnac has been increasing technology and quality of its products and has obtained several patent rights. The Research and Development department has fine-tuned the brand-new comfortable and reliable MCS closure system for cycling shoes and gloves. MCS patented system is resisting to most external aggressions, waterproof and easy to use.
In 2008, the French company presented Tailor Made, an innovative concept that allows the foot of every cyclist to be scanned to obtain a unique, personalised shape. This year, the Tailor Made project presents two new solutions: Carnac YourFootprint, a software creating a 3D model of the cyclist foot, and the measure system Carnac OptSize, available at Carnac dealers’ shops.
