DEA Design and Craft for Trentino is a project promoted by Assessorato all'industria, artigianato e commercio della Provincia Autonoma di Trento, organized by CEii Trentino in collaboration with INDACO Department of Politecnico di Milano under the sponsorship of ADI Nord-Est.
DEA aims at developing innovative design projects in the fields of products, services or communication working with craft companies in Trentino, by activating exchange of knowledge between companies and designers.
Designers have been offered the chance to experience directly the world of enterprises, its constraints and opportunities. Companies have been ablto test the potentialities of design to foster innovation.
The first 5 projects will be presented during the Milan Furniture Fair 2010 in a dedicated space in via Savona 19, by Daniela Maurer for the consoritum made by Foto Paolo Aldi, La Bottega della Pasta, Terzo Fuoco, Paolo Gabbana, Pontaraluce, Mirko Franzoso for Gianmoena Marmi, Martina Sangalli for Dagostin, Piter Perbellini for Rustiklegno and Edoardo Perri for Santoni Vetri.
