The furniture becomes sculpture Romagno Marmi, a prestigious company from Puglia founded in 1947 by Vito Romagno, debuts at Fuorisalone 2010. During the event, the company will present Romagno Arte, the new line of furniture and home accessories in marble, designed by Antonino Azzella. The new line will be presented in two prestigious locations in Milan: via Novi, 1 and via Manzoni, 23. The designer, Antonino Azzella from Puglia, after ten years experience in graphic design, has chosen Milan as the ideal city to complete his university education in product design and work more closely with leading industrial companies. He has not forgotten his origins and, thanks to his flair and innovative design, he always works to enhance the best production realities of the South of Italy. His creativity is combined with the decades of experience of Romagno Marmi, where the passion and infinite care in the selecting and processing of natural stone, marbles and granites are essential in achieving an infinite number of architectural solutions. The products of the “Romagno Arte” line include authentic, unique and exclusive sculptures, where the softness of the forms is combined with the strength of materials. The White marble of Carrara and Nero Marquinia, used with tempered glass shelves makes each piece an original unpublished work, whilst maintaining excellent functionality and consistent utility of the material. The creations will be presented to the public during the event “Romagno Arte” that will unfold between Tortonaspazionovi and Space Studio Domo Adami.
