The future of music is inside the body and Kilohertz (KhZ) inaugurates a new philosophy of sound in which design becomes an integral part of the listening experience. KhZ objects and installations on which to sit, lie down or lean on create a space inside the body where sound contracts and expands. During the Salone del Mobile in Milan, installations, workshops, concerts and sound islands scattered around the city to relax and be massaged by a new generation of body-djs.
Workshops and testing at Elita
From April 14 to the 19th, KhZ will attend the ELITA festival at Teatro Franco Parenti in Via Pier Lombardo 14. Together with ELITA KhZ summoned Sound Designer, DJ and producers to develop a new compositional language. In the foyer an installation consisting of a platform KhZ SoundGrass and a monitoring device that helps visualize the shapes sound creates in the body. The interactive installation will be available to anyone wishing to connect their iPod, computer, musical instrument or oscillator. To experience the thrill of playing directly to the bodies of listeners.
